I finally beat Bioshock: Infinite last night and I have to say, this game is one of the best games I’ve ever played. Like Bioshock 1, the game play is mediocre. It is fun but not amazing and therefore, good enough for the game. The story and environments however, make it so the game play’s mediocrity hardly matters. I loved every second of this game. If you have yet to play it, please do. I am sure you will not regret it.
With the completion of Bioshock, comes the end of the Bioshock: Infinite comics. I promise this is my last one…for a while at least. The looting in this game is just hilarious at times, as it was in its predecessors. Finding money and food in trash cans only feet away from starving nomads was so ridiculous, it bordered on stupid. But it didn’t cross that line so it ended up just being funny. I’m sure the folks over at Irrational Games could have added junk to the refuse bins as there is no inventory system. You would simply either automatically disregard them, or consume them. That, however, just seems unnecessary, so we are left with trash cans of treasure.
